TaKorean’s Official Cross Contamination Policy:
TaKorean takes food preferences and allergies with great seriousness. While we will not claim to be 100% free of cross contamination, we make our best efforts to avoid it. We use separate labeled cookware and utensils for all vegetarian and vegan preparations. TaKorean cannot guarantee against off-label contamination by manufacturers.
Peanut/Nut Allergy Inquires: We do not currently use tree nuts in any of our recipes and will label any item in which we do for specials. However, TaKorean preps all of it’s food in a facility where tree nuts are present.
Gluten Free Inquiries: We do not currently offer anything that would be considered Gluten-Free as all of our marinades contain soy sauce. However, we do not currently serve any wheat-based products.
Vegetarian Inquiries: Vegetarian options include our Caramelized Tofu, napa slaw, and all of our toppings.
Please note that for those who eat fish sauce, our spicy kimchi slaw is also an option.
Vegan Inquiries: The Vegan option includes our Caramelized Tofu, napa slaw, Sriracha chili sauce, cilantro and sesame seeds.
Dairy Inquiries: Our lime crema is our only menu option that includes dairy (sour cream).
